Meet our Newest Addition!

Hello Panda Pals,

As many of you know, at the end of last year, we faced an unexpected challenge when our large kiln experienced a power issue and was no longer able to serve us. This setback meant we had to rely solely on our small kiln, which significantly increased the wait times for everyone to get their pieces back. It was a tough adjustment, but we appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked through this tricky period.

Thankfully, Noelle and Herschel didn’t waste any time springing into action to find a replacement. After much searching, planning, and anticipation, we are thrilled to introduce our newest team member—our brand-new kiln! New Year, New Kiln! 🎉

The arrival of this beautiful piece of equipment has been a beacon of hope and excitement for us. We could hardly contain our joy as we watched her being carefully assembled and wired into place. Seeing the process come together has reminded us how fortunate we are to have the tools we need to bring your creations to life.

Once she’s fully set up and thoroughly tested, we’ll hit the ground running to ensure that your pieces are fired and returned to you as quickly as possible.
